Every business has one or two measures that indicate if everything is going well. Metrics are the barometer of the 'changing' health of the 'actuals' of the business. Knowing profits are down is not helpful if you can not determine why.
A Metrics Measurer is someone who determines with you the performance metrics that matter in the management of your business. And uses these metrics to define the health of your business.
